The conversion of former Grade II listed Northcroft School to provide 39 maisonettes and new build houses.
A Grade II listed Victorian school converted into 30 homes with nine new houses constructed in the former playground.
Structural alterations were minimal to preserve the original spaces: mezzanine floors transformed each classroom into a complete maisonette, many with doubleheight living rooms.
