The Conversion/rehabilitation of an existing five storey block of flats into 35 units and 2 penthouses for market rent.
Delta House, Tower Hamlets, was the refurbishment of an Art Deco block with two penthouse apartments on the roof.
Down at street level we provided an extended footpath with newly planted trees to contribute to the greening of the borough.
